TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18+ who are business owners or entrepreneurs.

2. Registration: A £97 commitment fee is required to join. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Participation: To qualify for a refund or credit, you must attend all 6 live group calls (or watch replays within 48 hours and submit a written takeaway for each) and complete the weekly habit tracker on time.

4. Refund/Credit: If you meet all participation requirements, your £97 will be refunded or credited to your first paid month of b.reathe Basic or Premium. If not, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Challenge Materials: All resources provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

6. Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully in all group settings. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the challenge without refund.

7. Data: Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see www.breatheblueprint.com/privacy).

8. Changes: We reserve the right to adjust the challenge schedule or content if necessary. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

9. Liability: b.reathe Blueprint is not liable for any personal injury or loss sustained during the challenge. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant lifestyle changes.
