About the b.reathe Performance Lab™
Identity, physiology and nervous-system science for founders who can’t afford to burn out.
The b.reathe Performance Lab™ exists for a very specific kind of person: high-performing entrepreneurs and CEOs whose businesses are thriving while their bodies, nervous systems and identities are quietly collapsing underneath the pressure.
We use the B.R.E.A.T.H.E Protocol™, a 7-pillar framework that moves from baseline identity and habits, through recovery, energy, activation and nutrition, into emotional processing and leadership elevation. It is calm, clinical and focused on measurable change.
The Lab Approach
- Data first: WHOOP, glucose monitoring and behavioural metrics.
- Identity and leadership mapping, not just habits.
- Nervous-system regulation as the foundation for all change.
- Calm, clinically-minded support without hype.
The Work We Do Together
- Help you become consciously aware of how you operate under pressure.
- Rebuild sleep, recovery and daily rhythm so your body actually supports your work.
- Release patterns that quietly drive burnout — in your calendar, your decisions and your identity.
- Create a way of leading that feels sustainable, grounded and genuinely yours.
I’ve been building businesses since I was 17, mainly in property. I understand growth, risk, sleepless nights and what it means to be responsible for a lot of moving parts. I also live with Addison’s disease, which means that, for me, burnout isn’t a metaphor. It’s medically life-threatening.
That reality forced me to learn how to perform at a high level without destroying myself. I’ve helped others break 15-year cannabis habits, rebuild their sleep, and become hyper-conscious of what I do, when I do it and what it costs my body and nervous system.
The b.reathe Performance Lab™ is the system I wish I’d had: a relaxed, grounded space where high-pressure founders can stay visible, be honest, and methodically rebuild the way they live and lead, instead of pretending everything is fine until it isn’t.
