What if I miss a session?+
Every Breathe In session is recorded and added to the full archive. You can watch any session at any time, including every session ever held. Missing a week is never a problem.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel any time and you will not be charged again. Founding members who cancel and wish to rejoin will be charged the new member rate, so it is worth staying in if you can.
What is the difference between The Breathe In and The Breathe Out?+
The Breathe In on Monday is education-led. Each week covers a specific topic with practical tools you can apply immediately. The Breathe Out on Friday is community-led — a space to reflect, share what has shifted, and hold each other accountable going into the weekend.
Is this just for women?+
No.
b.reathe Together is open to any entrepreneur who wants to perform better for longer. In fact, the majority of members are men. The membership is built around shared experience, not gender.

What is the founding member price lock?+
