A private performance coach or therapist runs £200 to £400 per session. Two sessions a month puts you at £400 to £800.

Inner is two 45-minute 1-1s, weekly biometric reports read by hand, and everything in Together. £497 is the floor of the market for this work.

There is no money-back guarantee on Inner, because there is a 3-month minimum. The protection: if after our first 1-1 this is not the right work for you, we move you to Together at no charge for what you have used. After the first 1-1, the 3-month minimum applies.

Why I built Inner.

Beyond is everything held. Together is the room. There was a third thing I kept needing for people: closer access to me, with their data on the table, without the food and training infrastructure they did not need.

That is Inner. The work, the data, the room behind the room. Smaller. Lighter. Just as deep.

Before you apply

How is Inner different from Beyond?+

Inner is the 1-1 work, the WHOOP data, the bi-weekly call with Katie, plus everything in Together. Beyond is all of that plus quarterly bloods, Frive or HelloFresh meals five days a week, an online PT-programmed training plan, and a premium welcome experience. If you already have your food and training handled, Inner is right. If you want everything held, Beyond.

How is Inner different from Together?+

Together is the group room: two weekly calls, the Pause, the Monday Note, monthly 15-minute 1-1 with Katie, community, gifts. £147/month, no application. Inner is everything in Together plus a bi-weekly 45-minute private 1-1 with Katie, a WHOOP band, and a weekly biometric report read and written by hand. £497/month, application required.

Why is there a 3-month minimum?+

WHOOP data needs three months for the meaningful trends to show. HRV, sleep consistency, recovery patterns: month one is calibration, month two is signal, month three is where the work compounds. Less than that and we are reading noise, not data. The protection: if after our first 1-1 this is not the right work for you, we move you to Together at no charge for what you have used.

Do I have to wear the WHOOP?+

Yes. The weekly biometric report is what makes Inner different from a coaching call. Without the data, Katie is reading your week from memory. With it, she is reading your specific recovery, strain and sleep patterns and writing what only your body could tell her. The band stays on day and night. Charging takes 90 minutes a week.

What if Inner fills up?+

Inner is held in a small group on purpose so the 1-1 work stays deep. If we are at capacity, applications go to the waitlist. We will offer you Together at £147/month in the meantime, with priority on Inner when the next spot opens.
