Why I capped Beyond
at 5.
I have one body. One calendar. One nervous system. The work I do inside Beyond is the closest, most personal work I do. That has to be limited or it stops being personal.
Five members means I know your sleep score before our call. I know what you said last fortnight. I know which season your business is in. That is not possible at 50, or even at 15.
Five is the number that protects the work. If it is full when you apply, you go on the waitlist. We never make exceptions.

Common questions
Before you apply
What happens after I apply?+
Katie reads every application personally within 48 hours. If she chooses to work with you, you receive an email with the payment link and a calendar link to book your first 1-1. Your full welcome (WHOOP, flowers, b.reathe Beyond pack) lands within a week. If Beyond is not the right fit, we redirect you to b.reathe Inner at £497/mo or Together at £147/mo with no awkwardness.
Why is there a 3-month minimum?+
WHOOP data needs three months for the meaningful trends to show. HRV, sleep consistency, recovery patterns: month one is calibration, month two is signal, month three is where the work compounds. Less than that and we are reading noise, not data. The protection: if after your first 1-1 this is not the right work for you, we move you to b.reathe Inner or Together at no charge for what you have used.
Do I have to wear the WHOOP?+
Yes. The weekly biometric report is what makes Beyond different from any other coaching tier. Without the data, Katie is just guessing. With it, she is reading your specific recovery, strain and sleep patterns and writing what only your body could tell her. The band stays on day and night. Charging takes 90 minutes a week.
What if Beyond is full?+
When the cap is hit, applications go to the waitlist. We do not make exceptions, even for repeat applicants. We will offer you b.reathe Inner at £497/month or Together at £147/month in the meantime, with priority on Beyond when the next spot opens. The waitlist runs first-applied-first-offered.
Is this confidential?+
Yes. 1-1s with Katie are private. Your WHOOP data is yours, never shared. Friday b.reathe Out (the only group call where Beyond members and Together members share a room) is off the record by design. The room stays the room.
